Is the Flood in Fargo a Weather Modification StunT?
Fargo has a large weather modifiction firm in its midst. I would love to have access to flight informtion prior to the storm that caused the threat of the hundred year flood. I am sure that they called the planes in to save the day. They seemed to be talking about it in code on the radio news yesterday. "We can't allow this to happen again."
