I would conclude that the clouds are being zapped today and if I had time I would go to the west side and look for any ships or subs (surfaced) and see if that is where it is being received or sent. I don't know the details I just see the scaler effect look to the clouds and note that they change in a moment. It is interesting but hey you -it is fn wrong. so I retreat into the violet flame....My shield. Even if its a crock , it works for me and I know that the finite mind cannot comprehend the infinite.
