Dead Duck on Beaverton valley Road today, before Cady Mountain Road today. Bullet holes going through its chest bone. should have killed it quick. Second animal found shot this season. I have hit three birds while driving, in the last two weeks. The last, a beautiful wren. on the curve by the Lavender Farm, came from the left. A robin almost was hit but I braked in time yesterday, hours after the wren.
