Noxious weeds or Herbal saviors?

Pink Floyd Scarecrow
Songwriters: SYD BARRETT
The black and green scarecrow as everyone knowsF
Stood with a bird on his hat and straw everywhere.
He didn't care.
He stood in a field where barley grows.
His head did no thinking
His arms didn't move except then the wind cut up
Rough and mice ran around on the ground
He stood in a field where barley grows.
The black and green scarecrow is sadder than me
But now he's resigned to his fate
'Cause life's not unkind - he doesn't mind.
He stood in a field where barley grows

We are taught and even demanded to pull certain weeds, to look at them as enemies. Many of these weeds come to us as our allies and we poison them and trample them and kill them with no honor. We are taught that it is our duty as citizens to rid the world of these invaders. They are not native. Remember this then: neither are we native.
I use to run around pulling Tansy Ragwort dutifully. Then one year one spoke to me and said watch me, and the butterflies came and the bees came and she has not taken over my garden. I have teasel growing around me. Twelve feet tall skeletons stand over circles of rough leafed year old plants. the white roots are rumored to aid in ridding Lyme disease. We need to remember to speak to our companions that hold these other dimensions alive for our edification and healing. Our fears go all the way back to slaughter of our knowledge of this. We must let go of this pain and remember to honor Earth and all her children. We will become whole this way. The Heart opens Christ is born in US this way......

There is a company that wants to kill the wild and is actively pursuing that and has its minions embedded in our government and we stand like scarecrows all day.

The above torture was brought to you by the Pentagon Shame be upon you scarecrow./
