because the root of nine eleven has been ignored
we are in grave danger because they are still scheming and the cia and fbi
are playing along with the game. I am sure some have integrity and all of you think you have integrity but if you don't stand now
our lessons will smack us hard and yes I will blame all of you who know that two planes did not take down three buildings demolition style and you who know about the gold heist. they probably shared enough to keep people quiet... so wake up

I am adding this on May 6, 2011 it came from the DARPA websitethis reads "odd" to me.

Phase I Training

The DARPA Small Business Programs Office has initiated a new pilot program to provide technical assistance to small businesses that have an active DARPA SBIR Phase I contract resulting from the 10.2 Solicitation.

This two-part program, consisting of Market Research and Training, is available for a limited time. Participation in either or both parts is voluntary and at no cost to the small business.

The Foundation for Enterprise Development (FED), a small business contractor to the DARPA Small Business Programs Office, in collaboration with Frost & Sullivan (F&S), will provide the following technical assistance to small businesses that have an active DARPA SBIR Phase I contract.

PART 1: Market Research

Participants will have access to a market research portal providing F&S’s market, competition, and technology research reports and databases to support understanding of the potential markets, applications, competitors and potential teaming partners for the technology and solutions being developed under Phase 1. In addition, F&S global analyst teams will help participants locate information and analysis found in their reports, periodicals, and white papers.
