One argument against Weather Modification and nuclear waste is it is obviously against the Constitution because of the 'General Welfare and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, by making us and the land sick is destroying our General Welfare...The ones who brought us global warming so as to shorten a trade route, also brought us the cure... the poison cure. "Aint that great?" Poisoning us even if its unintentional, is not securing the blessings of Liberty for our posterity, its giving us small odds of survival. We as a collective almost got that one piece to the puzzle that calls the next pieces with ease.
